Clownin at the hospital

Now this clownish feller is just a-strutting like a peacock, a very tall man with multiple layers of womens clothing, including a velveeten midi skirt, white socks rolled up jeans and a purse to match his red coat. The head wear matches nothing. I wanted to get a frontal, but he was moving too fast.
