Only In Memphis.....

Walking from the parking lot, you are greeted to the bustling facility by a friendly wire mariachi band. It sits right outside of no, not a Mexican restaurant like you would think, but its outside of a Bail Bondsman (one of about 20 on the block.)

Jail is big biznezz in Memphizz. Crossing the street to get over there is potentially fatal.
I am not making this up.
